My Extraordinary Life in a Simplistic World

So there's me, I'm 25 and I'm still trying to find out what makes me tick in this world. I love everyone, even though some I don't seem to love as much. There's a part of me that still believes in the inherent good of man, and a part of me that believes we are going to hell in a hand basket... I've seen and done things that many people can or will only dream of. This is my personal little project to just see how good of a person I am and document how much I have grown. I don't know if I will be posting daily, in fact I probably won't but I will post when I have the desire. I hope that when I look back on this after however long that may be, that I will be happy with the outcome. Welcome to my life. I hope you enjoy your stay. :)

3:00 AM…

So I have realized that I haven’t posted nearly enough on my Tumblr, and I also realized that I had the wrong URL from my blog on my Facebook fan page… yay me… :/ Anyway, I thought I would make a post and satisfy my yearly quota. As far as my life thus far it has been great as usual. I have been doing the school thing and I have been actively a part of the Student Government program at my school. Which by the way I think is an amazing program and that everyone should try to be a part of if they have the chance. It offers great opportunities and new experiences. Also, as some of you know have have been working on my modeling career and recently have decided to pursue acting as well. I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing photographers and I have been auditioning for any and all roles that I can to gain experience with the auditioning process and in hopes of actually being selected. On top of all of that greatness, I have also been dating the most amazing girl in the world, and it has been one hell of a journey thus far and I am looking forward to all the many adventure we will experience together! Well that just about catches all of you up with the latest in the life of John. Thanks for reading, leave some comments if you would like! ^_^

Ugh… 2 Things I Hate About Utah…

So I know I made the decision to move to Utah however, there are 2 things that I severely loath about this state… and I don’t want to hear why don’t you move then or if you don’t like it you can leave… I shouldn’t have to leave the place a live because of it’s politics… however as soon as I am done with school I am leaving due to it’s weather… :p anyway #1 is the overtly conservative nature of this state. This is the one state in the U.S. that forgot about the whole separation of church & state argument. I don’t care what you think, this state is run by conservative members of the LDS faith and they bring their religion to work with them instead of leaving it at the door. They should not be forcing their faith’s doctrine on the citizens of this state. I have nothing wrong with the religion however, what I do have a problem with is creating laws so that the rest of the population is forced to follow your belief system. #2……… wait for it…… THE SNOW!!! It’s so effing cold…!!! Why does it have to snow so damn much during the winter… I’m ok with a little snow, but when I have a 5 foot bank of snow in my yard I have issues… Well that’s my rant for the day. :) Thanks for reading and following my blog. :)

Modeling…

So yesterday was when I had my first paid modeling shoot!! It was for a street soccer clothing line here in Utah. I was very excited and having fun with the shoot. The coolest part was it was about 4 hours of work and I got $100!!! :D I’m very happy about that lol. Now I’m hoping I can just keep on finding paid gigs. As soon as I get some of the photos I will post some so you guys can see them for yourselves. Thanks for reading!
